Mrs Harshi Rastogi is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. As part of her role, she also oversees the Internal Audit function of the Company. She is responsible for CSR and External Affairs as well. She joined the Company in 2016 as the Country Financial Controller.

Harshi has over two decades of experience across Industry sectors in the areas of Corporate Governance, Regulatory & Statutory Compliance, Controllership, Audits & Consolidation, M&A;, Taxation, setting up of Captive Shared Service Centre, Private Equity etc.

In the course of her career, she has held leadership roles across companies like PowerGen, General Electric and Bharti Airtel.

Harshi is a rank holder Company Secretary from ICSI and is also a Chartered Accountant from ICAI. She is also a law graduate and rank holder from the Nanavati Law College.
