Neelima Kataria is Country Head of Human Resources, India Sub-Continent, AkzoNobel. She joined AkzoNobel India Limited on April 11, 2022, and is a member of the India Country Leadership Team.

Neelima has over two decades of experience in Human Resources, having worked in various HR Leadership and specialist roles in Rewards, Talent Management, and Business Partnering for organizations across sectors like Apollo Tyres, HT Media, Fullerton Securities, Bharti-Walmart, IBM Daksh, and TNT Express.

Neelima holds a Postgraduate in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, and is a graduate of St Joseph’s College, Bangalore.
